ABOUT
After graduating from Cascade Culinary Institute with a focus in Nutrition and Sustainability, I moved to Jackson Hole to work as Chef at Flat Creek Ranch. A luxury fly fishing lodge. There, I curated meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for both guests and staff in a remote, off-grid kitchen.
Like most who move to Jackson, no one stays for just one season. Over the next few years, I worked for various restaurant groups, catering companies, and other luxury ranches in the area.
Eventually, I decided it was time to launch my own personal chef services, and created Dishes By Dre. Iām thrilled to have you along for the ride!
When I'm not cooking, you can find me rock climbing or split boarding along the mountain west.
