After graduating from Cascade Culinary Institute with a focus in Nutrition and Sustainability, I moved to Jackson Hole to work as Chef at Flat Creek Ranch. A luxury fly fishing lodge. There, I curated meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for both guests and staff in a remote, off-grid kitchen.

Like most who move to Jackson, no one stays for just one season. Over the next few years, I worked for various restaurant groups, catering companies, and other luxury ranches in the area.

Eventually, I decided it was time to launch my own personal chef services, and created Dishes By Dre. Iā€™m thrilled to have you along for the ride!

When I'm not cooking, you can find me rock climbing or split boarding along the mountain west.
